Shipping and Delivery
We ship within 3 months of when you place your order. A small percentage of
items require a longer ship-out time as noted in our Shipping and Delivery Exceptions
chart below.
We ship via major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL… For the containers
and shipping lines we can negotiate the details. On rare occasions we may face
an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email / phone
if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is sea shipping. You should
receive your products within 3 months from the day you order them. FOB/CIF Shipping:
FOB (Free On Board) is the most commonly used shipping style (included in the
prices), however if you wish CIF shipping (Cost, Insurance and Freight) you
may request this at your convenience prior to finalizing your order.
Exclusivity Policy: Some products / product lines may be exclusive for your
area / country, this goes also together with the availability of items that
you want to buy.
Our Exclusivity Policy is one of our main pillars of trust.
